Repeat Prescriptions

How to get a prescription

You can request your repeat medication by indicating the items you require on the counter sheet of your prescription, and posting it to us or handing it in at the practice reception or drop the prescription request through the letter box when we are closed.

If you enclose a stamped self addressed envelope we will post your prescription to you.

Alternatively, you can order your repeat prescription via this website by simply clicking on "Order your repeat prescription online" tab above and filling in the details appropriately (Please ask the reception for the details about online prescription request).

If you have been given a prescription previously for a straight forward condition, such as hay fever, we may be able to issue a prescription after a telephone consultation. Please ask the receptionist.

Your local pharmacist should be able to give you advice for non-prescription medication. we do not take request for the prescription on telephone, as it may cause error in the prescription.

***It takes 48 hours for the prescription to be ready, so please leave enough time before you runout of your medication.***
